Over the years we have taught hundreds of people how to juggle. Usually in an hour or less. Learning to juggle can help open up conversations that moves people forward, has a host of health benefits, is great fun and it might be simpler than you first thought…with the right coaching!
As people start to prepare for a phased return to work over the next weeks and months we must continue to equip our workforce with the necessary tools to keep themselves safe and help improve individual and team performance.

One person, regardless of position, can make a difference in developing a positive safety culture. This has never been more important than it is now. I was amazed by this and didn’t realise that overthinking was such a common problem. So, here are some practical things that have helped me manage my overthinking.
We were asked to deliver a series of safety magic presentations to a client with a view to reinforcing safety leadership and engagement; hazard reporting and looking after colleagues. Here’s a review by the client with feed back from the staff.
