Aiming to improve communication in business 02/03/2007
Fifth Dimension have launched a new training course aimed at improving communication in business.
"Effective communication is recognised as a way of improving employee involvement and therefore making the business more productive and efficient," comments Jeff Burns of Fifth Dimension. "For a business to survive and also to grow employers need to remember to equip their employees with the tools necessary to do their jobs."
"For a company to have good internal communications the employees must have the necessary skills in place. It seems straightforward, effective communication is a two way process however all too often there are barriers to communication. Removing these barriers and ensuring that the message is both delivered and understood is just part of the session we deliver on communication. It also encompasses body language, emails, mis-communication and communication tips."
Jeff continues, "The Communications Workshop was initially developed in response to a client request however we have since identified a wider market for the course. Good communication is vital to the effective running of any company or organisation."
